Information Packets
You can request a packet by phone or email. You can ask for 2 packets per request. Just call or email and let us know the title of the packet you would like. Please include a mailing address and phone number in case we have a question about your request. Like the other services provided by STEP, the information packets are limited to Tennessee residents. There may be a nominal charge for materials sent outside of the state.
STEP also has a library of resources and other information. If you do not
see a packet that meets your needs, feel free to contact our staff to
assist you in meeting your needs.
